- Provide Humanities Programming: Grants to nonprofit organizations, government agencies, tribal entities, and IHEs. Funding is for humanities programs that serve the general public.
- Prevent Homelessness: Finally, grants to nonprofits, government agencies, and tribes to prevent and address homelessness and support rehousing projects for individuals in need.
Nonprofit Grants
- Preserve and Protect Natural Resources: Up to $60,000 to nonprofits, tribals, and educational institutions. Grants are for projects to restore and protect natural resources.
- Public Transit to Make Buses Safer: Cooperative agreement to a nonprofit, or public transportation provider. Funding is for research and development to make buses safer and more accessible.
- Students and Youth Programs: Grants to nonprofits, public agencies, and educational institutions to provide dispute resolution and conflict prevention programming for students and for adults working with youth.
- Solar Energy Production: Opportunity for farmers, ranchers, solar developers, and organizations. Pilot projects integrate cattle grazing areas with solar energy production.
- Humanities Workshops for Teachers: Grants to nonprofits, tribes, and IHEs. Funding provides week-long culture and history workshops for educators and humanities professionals.
Business Grants
- Virtual Business Development Program: Opportunity for entrepreneurs to participate in a virtual business development program. Applicants receive a financial stipend, access to a professional network, and necessary training.
- Small Business Expansion Efforts: Grant of $5,000 to a small business for business expansion efforts. Funding is intended to support a business that seeks to adapt, improve, and grow their company.
- Business Development Program: Opportunity for active, guard, and reserve military, veterans, and their immediate family members to participate in a business development program.
- Projects to Reduce Greenhouse Gases: Competition for businesses to create innovative projects to reduce greenhouse gases. Winning submissions will receive a $50,000 prize.
- Business Development Program for Startups: Opportunity for startups to participate in a business development program. Participants will receive investment funding, networking opportunities, deals and perks, mentoring, and coaching.
