  3. Improve the Quality of Life – Up to $3,000 to nonprofits to improve the quality of life in communities. Funding supports arts, education, and the family, with special emphasis on substance abuse.
  4. Substance Use Disorders – Grants up to $5,000 to individuals for programs that address substance abuse and mental health disorders.
  5. First Responder Organizations – In-kind donations of opioid overdose treatment kits to Indiana first responder organizations in rural counties.
