10 Grants to Empower Minority Women Entrepreneurs

Grant funding empowers minority women entrepreneurs who foster innovation, diversity, and economic growth. These business women are true trailblazers! They enrich our economy with unique perspectives and solutions that mirror the rich diversity of our country. Yet, the path to launching and sustaining a business as a minority woman is often fraught with challenges, from limited funding access to systemic barriers and underrepresentation. Grant funding serves to help break these barriers and turn visions into reality.

Opportunities for Black business owners to participate in a business accelerator to help foster growth.

3.Create and Promote Projects Online

Black, Asian, Latinx, and Indigenous individuals can apply for grants to create projects.

4. Advance Diversity in the Fields of Entrepreneurship

Grants to nonprofits to advance diversity and support programs that benefit women and minority and under-represented communities.

5. Grants and In-Kind Support

Up to $500 and in-kind support to USA, Canada, and International women entrepreneurs to enhance business or organizational development.

6. Startups to Participate in an Accelerator Program

Opportunity for USA, Canada, and International startups to participate in an accelerator program related to women’s health. 

7. Projects to Reduce Greenhouse Gases

Competition with a $50,000 prize for innovative projects to reduce greenhouse gases. Winning submissions will receive a $50,000 prize.

8. Arts-Based Residency Program

Grants to USA, Canada, and International individual women artists for participation in an arts-based residency program.

9. Underrepresented Women Business Founders

Opportunity for California, Illinois, and Texas underrepresented women business founders in eligible cities to participate in a leadership development program.

10.  Female Entrepreneurs Business Growth

Up to $30,000 to nonprofit organizations to support business growth and development for female entrepreneurs.
